Everey wednesday we run a barefoot evening,

Its a non profit non commercial 'club', where you are just asked to contribute a samll amount to cover the running costs!

We use the premier lake exclusively, and have a barefoot jump and all the specialist kit - just bring a thick wetsuit !! or bob a shorty on over the top !
