Overview:

Once you log on, you will see a table showing the next ten days in advance.  You can see the three spaces on the Boat Owners - Lake, and the two spaces on the Premium Lake, for each of the 5 three hour sessions that we run in the day.

By simply clicking on the empty spaces, you can book your boat on any free slot.  You will also see the weekends where members have had the first option on certain times. 

Advance Reservation

The history of the club is of people skiing at the same times every fortnight, with advance reservations.  You can see the current reservations on the pre reservations page listed in the menu bar. 

This means that when a member renews, their name automatically gets allocated to the same time on a weekend every fortnight

Ten days before the date each owner must re-confirm they are coming, as at 5 days out, if the session is not confirmed the system automatically releases the reservation, so that any member can book it.

Members can view their bookings throughout the season, so if they know they are not coming (as they are on holiday) they can cancel well in advance and gain the credits back.

We have a large number of members who do not have or want a predefined times, and just book as they want during the week and at weekends, taking advantage of sessions as they become available.

Specifics for Members

• Log in using your username and password
• You can see the next 10 days in advance
• Click on a white space to book, you will be givien a chance to decline or confirm
• You will receive a credit of ~ 2/3 of your session cost if you cancel a booking
• You will receive a credit of 100% of your session cost if you cancel any reservations, either from the booking main screen, or from your reservations screen
• The Boat owners lake has three boat slots B01 BO2 BO3, and the Premium Lake has two PL1 and  PL2
• If you have a reservation for a Saturday you must confirm this by clicking on the reservation before 00:01 am Tuesday morning or you will loose the reservation.
• If you have a reservation for a Sunday you must confirm this by clicking on the reservation before 00:01 am Wednesday morning or you will loose the reservation.
• You can only book one slot per session
• You can only book on slot at all on a bank holiday.
